Mrs. Brenda Outlaw

Missionary Brenda Outlaw has faithfully served in various leadership roles, including Ministry Director, where she played a key role in developing and managing monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual ministerial staff schedules. She has also served as a Ministerial Staff Training Instructor at both the local and jurisdictional levels, equipping and strengthening ministry leaders for effective service.

Debra Taylor

Debra Taylor is a dedicated member of Peter’s Rock Family Worship Center, having returned to the congregation over 25 years ago after first attending as a child. A retired Public Housing Executive Director with nearly 30 years in social services, she serves faithfully in roles including Executive Board Administrator, Hospitality Chair, Sign Language Interpreter, Assistant Senior Citizen Day Camp Director, and Deacon Wives Assistant Leader. She is married to Terrance Taylor and is a proud mother of three adult children and grandmother of five.

Dr. Cynthia Polk-Johnson
E-Board Member
Dr. Cynthia Polk-Johnson serves the Lord with gladness. Her discipleship under Pastor Joseph L. Hawkins began almost 30 years ago. She has served as a Sunday School teacher for young adults, choir president, member of the prayer ministry, and an inaugural member of the Community Development Foundation at Peter’s Rock. She is married to Deacon Harishma Johnson and is the proud mother of two daughters. Email Me
